

High-performance wear-resistant steel plate offers superior wear resistance compared to conventional steel, effectively resisting abrasive and impact wear. It can withstand high-energy impacts without brittle fracture. It can be easily cut, bent, and welded into complex components. High-performance wear-resistant steel plates are primarily used in excavator bucket teeth, crusher liners, and mining dump truck bodies, extending their service life by 2-3 times that of conventional materials. They are also used in the production of vertical grinding mill rollers, classifier blades, and grate cooler hammers. In construction machinery, they are primarily used in concrete mixer linings, pump piping, and tower crane counterweights, significantly extending the service life of these equipment.

Abrasion resistance experiment adopts the internationally used pin-on-disk friction wear test; the wear-resisting property will be changed with the changing of the parameters
The experiment condition: abrasion resistance steel sample testing parts processed into a cylindrical phi is 4 mm; selecting the granularity is 120SIC emery paper as abrasion material, under the 84 n loading.
Table 1 lists the test results of wear-resisting property of Baohua BHNM400 steel plate along the thicken direction,
Experiment results of wear-resisting property is consistent with the hardness test results, that is to say, the change of abrasion resistance along the thickness direction is slight in the scope of the whole cross section; under the same test conditions, some important brand 400 level abrasion resistance steel model is also tested and the results listed in table 2. By comparing, we can find the wear-resisting property of both are equivalent.
