High wear-resistant steel plate is a wear-resistant composite material produced by advanced composite manufacturing technology. The substrate of high wear-resistant steel plate is made of ordinary carbon steel, and the wear-resistant layer is made of advanced wear-resistant alloy. It has good wear resistance, impact resistance and oxidation resistance under the working conditions of high erosion wear and abrasive wear below 600℃.

Applications of High-Wear-Resistant Steel Plates
High-wear-resistant steel plates can be used for surface reinforcement of various wear-prone parts in industries such as metallurgical machinery, building materials machinery, power machinery, and mining machinery. Typical applications include:
1. Directly cutting, rolling, and welding composite plates into various wear-resistant conveying pipes, such as powder air conveying systems and blast furnace slag systems.
2. Providing users with wear-resistant spare parts made of wear-resistant steel plates according to design requirements, such as mill liners, mixer blades, and fan blades.
3. Providing prefabricated units for on-site welding repairs based on the wear area of user parts, such as construction machinery buckets and dredger buckets, to reduce on-site welding workload.
4. Directly welding large wear parts using the wire feed submerged arc welding method can significantly improve production efficiency, such as in large crushers, mill drums, and mill rollers.
