Widely used in the manufacture of various containers, furnace shells, furnace plates, bridges, and automobile static steel plates, low-alloy steel plates, bridge plates, general steel plates, boiler plates, pressure vessel plates, patterned steel plates, and automobile beam plates. They are also used in certain tractor parts and welded components.
Bridge Plate: Used in large railway bridges. They must withstand dynamic loads, impact, vibration, and corrosion resistance.
Shipbuilding Plate: Used in the manufacture of marine and inland vessel hulls. They require high strength, ductility, toughness, cold bending properties, weldability, and corrosion resistance.
Boiler Plate: Used in the manufacture of various boilers and important accessories. Because boiler plates operate at medium temperatures (below 350°C) and high pressure, they are subject to not only high pressure but also impact, fatigue loads, and water and air corrosion. Therefore, they must maintain a certain level of strength and possess excellent weldability and cold bending properties.
