According to the Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission, from 0:00 on October 17th to 7:00 on October 18th, Shaanxi Province reported 6 new locally confirmed cases (2 of which were positive cases of nucleic acid testing for tourists from other provinces released on October 17th) and 1 local asymptomatic carrier. In addition, Yinchuan reported one positive nucleic acid test case, which is a close contact of the above-mentioned Shaanxi Province test positive personnel. The activity trajectory of 8 people involves multiple provinces, cities, and scenic spots. Currently, the source of infection is not yet clear, and the epidemic situation is severe and complex.
To reduce the risk of imported and local transmission of the epidemic in our city
The Linyi Center for Disease Control and Prevention reminds the general public:
Individuals who have traveled to Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, Jiayuguan City, Zhangye City, Jiuquan City in Gansu Province, Ejina Banner in Inner Mongolia, and Yinchuan City in Ningxia since October 1st (inclusive), as well as those who have returned from cities where local epidemics have occurred, or have a history of overlapping trajectories with patients visiting scenic areas such as Pinghushan Grand Canyon, Danxia Geological Park, Jiayuguan, and Populus euphratica forest, as well as the latest trajectories disclosed by national and local epidemiological surveys, Please proactively report to your local community and unit as soon as possible, and cooperate with the local epidemic prevention and control headquarters to carry out health monitoring and nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control measures. Before implementing measures, please take personal protective measures, stay at home or fixed places as much as possible, do not take public transportation, do not go to public places, and do not participate in gatherings or gatherings where people gather.
It is recommended that all returning personnel from other places take the initiative to undergo nucleic acid testing and self monitor their health for 14 days. During the monitoring period, take personal protective measures and avoid public places with concentrated personnel. Once discomfort symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, decreased sense of smell (taste), and diarrhea occur, it is important to avoid purchasing medication for treatment on your own. You should go to the nearest fever clinic for examination and treatment as soon as possible. Do not take public transportation during the visit, and proactively inform the doctor of your personal travel history, contact history, and other information.
Our city started the intensive vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine on October 13. People who are over 18 years old and who have completed two full course vaccinations for more than 6 months should be vaccinated as soon as possible. Recently, the temperature has dropped sharply, entering a period of high incidence of respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza. Citizens are advised to pay attention to cold and warm protection, and have a reasonable schedule. While doing a good job of COVID-19 vaccination, we should actively vaccinate against influenza vaccine every 14 days to prevent multiple diseases from superinfection.
Please pay close attention to the development trends of medium and high-risk areas (for details, please search "State Council Client" on WeChat and click "Epidemic Risk Level Query"). If it is not necessary, do not go to medium and high-risk areas or areas with reported cases. If it is necessary to go, please report to your community or work unit in advance and take personal protective measures. After returning, take health monitoring and nucleic acid testing and other prevention and control measures as required.
